WearablesHere's an update for those who are still struggling with something like this. I went to Airtel Store as suggested by Ravi in the comments before. They were able to call backend in Chennai and clear up the previous record. At the same time they made me reset the watch and reinstall the Wearable app. When I tried setting up after going to the store it worked like a charm in the first try. Thank you all for your suggestions.
