Hi guys, I have recently made the jump from iOS to Android after using it for 12 years. I am really enjoying the change especially because everything feels so new. I've not faced any problem compared to Apple products until now. Things have always worked very seamlessly on Apple products.

Anyway I bought a S24 Ultra and a Galaxy Watch 6 Classic LTE. However, I'm having trouble getting Airtel set up on my Watch. I'm using Airtel Postpaid and my plan is ₹1499 so that's not an issue. I've attached the video and a screenshot of hway happens. I try to connect it I get an Oops Something went wrong message, at the same time I get a message from Airtel saying congratulations. I've asked the customer care and they say they have reset the smartwatch pair on their backend but when I try it's the same issue. I have even tried resetting the watch and got no results. I see some of you guys have had luck in getting this worked out. I really can't change my operator at the moment so getting this to work is the only solution I have.

Hope someone here knows what can I possibly do to fix this.

Thank you 😊

Connect your watch with your mobile Hotspot and turn off Bluetooth than try to add Mobile Plan from Watch. Pop-up appear on your phone to activate Airtel eSIM plan for watch

Hi guys,
Here's an update for those who are still struggling with something like this. I went to Airtel Store as suggested by Ravi in the comments before. They were able to call backend in Chennai and clear up the previous record. At the same time they made me reset the watch and reinstall the Wearable app. When I tried setting up after going to the store it worked like a charm in the first try. Thank you all for your suggestions.
