Any way from the comments you added later, what we understand is your watch is having hardware issues. Contact the nearest samsung service centre to get it fixed instead of saying samsung doesn't cares. I am a happy user of samsung. 5 days before I have visited samsung service centre with my Note 9 which was having camera issue. They replaced the camera in half hour.

WearablesI am facing same issue. No light from HR sensor. Tried the Test Mode and Sensor Hub test Fails! I have hardly used my watch so this definitely happened because of software updates. Samsung will be losing a lot of customers soon.
