Now on my watch, Galaxy S3 Frontier, heart rate measurement and step counting is not workig.
Copy paste solution not accepted.
- Watch updated,
- Watch resetted,
- No any new app installed
- Phone android S7 Edge ( world the worst phone ) updated
- Phone app ( wearables) updated
- Fully charged
- Fully discharged
What can we understand from a post saying Heart rate and stepcount not working.?
Any way from the comments you added later, what we understand is your watch is having hardware issues. Contact the nearest samsung service centre to get it fixed instead of saying samsung doesn't cares. I am a happy user of samsung. 5 days before I have visited samsung service centre with my Note 9 which was having camera issue. They replaced the camera in half hour.
is there anyone around? dont you support you mony owners (a.k.a. customer) after salling you not well engineered devices. ?
please have a look my form entries. ? dont you really understand the situation ?
I am facing same issue. No light from HR sensor. Tried the Test Mode and Sensor Hub test Fails! I have hardly used my watch so this definitely happened because of software updates. Samsung will be losing a lot of customers soon.
