My galaxy buds plus when connected to my laptop sound really really bad. The sound has various cracks to it and the overall quality is so bad that I cannot hear anything at all sometimes due to the poor sound quality. I know my galaxy buds plus are not faulty as they work perfectly with all the bluetooth smartphones that I have tested them on and that this is an actual issue as many other buds plus owners were experiencing this which I found out while trying to find out a solution to my problem on many reddit pages made for buds plus owners. This is clearly an issue with the software part of the buds plus and I would like the Samsung team to work on the issue. And yes my buds are not broken,I have the latest update for the buds aswell as the bluetooth drivers for my laptop and I also have tried to reinstall my Bluetooth driver and I also tried unpairing and pairing my buds again with my laptop along with a few other solutions that I found online which didn't help at all.

what i feel is that the problem lies with windows. I have bose wireless headphones as well and they too don't sound good when i use then with my laptop. Microsoft needs to nake their bluetooth output better. We even don't know what all codecs are being used in windows.
