Galaxy Buds 3 pro ear tip teared off and rest of it's portion got stucked into the buds! Pathetic experience! How to prpceed now? I bought them 4days back and the manufacturing date is june 2024.

It's really unfortunate. Same issue happened with me. This won't come under warranty sadly. You just have to buy third party eartips now

It's major issue with quality control by Samsung It's manufacturer fault ....
That's why Samsung hold these unit when launch....

Service centre accepted my requested, since I bought in the last week from Samsung shop. And the product manufacturing date is June 2024, which is too old and everyone is aware of the manufacturing defects.

They will replace both the buds. Though the catridge remain the same.
