Galaxy Buds 2 Pro ANC Issue

I brought the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro from amazon 2 weeks ago. Seems like the ANC is not properly filtering. I still can hear noises around me. Is there any workaround for that before I visit any service center?

ANC isn't 100% sound proof. Bta ypur can try bigger tips to block almost all the outside voices as well as check the earbuds fit test.

Compared to anc in realme buds air 3 that I've tested, the level of this galaxy buds 2 pro is same. Which makes me worried

I haven't tried realms buds so can't comment on that.

Okay imagine I can here if someone talk to me while anc on. Is that normal?

I guess you have turned on voice detect feature. Turn that off and then see if you can still hear person talking near you or not.

I know that on detecting voice, it will change to ambient mode which works well. But I turned off voice detection amd turned on anc. Still the anc is not filtering all. I can even watch TV by keeping anc on. Eventhough it blocks soft and minute noises, I can heard normal sounds.
