Is any one having issues with the belt.? Did Samsung refuse to give warrenty claims or any mails that it is a cosmetic damage that it doesn't come in warrenty.!?

I am using it since it's launch here. I had couple of times problem in board. Samsung service changed them free as they come under their guarantee warranty .
