Please see below my error report and the response I got from Samsung Customer Support and let me know whether the assignment given to me is really possible to do.

Galaxy Fit3
I use a newly bought device since the 14th July 2025. Last night, while I was sleeping peacefully, there was a false alarm of hard fall detection. In my confusion, it took some time for me to reject, just at the moment the device started contacting emergency numbers. I checked and found to my relief that no messages went out. I am at a loss to guess how this could happen.

As per your query, we request you kindly share the log file regarding issues. Also, share video clips and images for better understanding. This will help us to further investigate and resolve your issue.
Samsung Members Application( Wearable app>Three dots>Settings>Contact Us> Send feedback>Choose Composer> Select error report > select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
