Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

1. Check Earbud Placement: First, ensure you're wearing your earbuds correctly. The proper fit varies depending on the model.

2. Adjust Sound Settings: Many apps have a balance setting. You can adjust this to equalize the sound between your earbuds. To do this:

● Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone.
● Tap Earbuds settings.
● Tap Accessibility.
● Move the balance slider until the volume in both earbuds is even.

3. Clean Your Earbuds: Dust, earwax, and oil can affect sound quality. Therefore, you should clean them regularly and check the air ducts and speakers to make sure they are clean as well.

4. Reconnect Your Earbuds: Place both earbuds in the charging case, close it, wait at least seven seconds, and then remove them.

5. Check the Battery: Low battery can cause sound issues. Check the battery level in the Galaxy Wearable app. Alternatively, you can insert the earbuds in the case itself to check the battery life. Depending on your earbuds, the charging case indicator light will be located on the front or rear of the case.

6. Restart Your Phone and Earbuds: To restart your phone, press and hold the Side button and Volume down button simultaneously. Tap Power off on the screen, then tap Power off again. Once your phone is completely off, press the Side button to restart it. Next, restart earbuds if possible. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you can try completely resetting earbuds.

7. Check for Software Updates: Check for software updates for your earbuds through the Galaxy Wearable app or your PC.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly visit the service centre for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service centre with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/

Warm Regards,
