Ear infection using galaxy buds is an issue which made headlines in international market, you should really go to nearest samsung care center and complaint there, this is a serious issue and they need to be held accountable and you really meet someone in person or use social media platforms to complain so they would make real efforts to solve your problems. It doesn't matter which company is it, if their products cause health issues to their customers, they should be held accountable 😑.
I purchase this yesterday and experiencing the same the buds are not comfortable for long time usage i fill my money lost cause i purchase from a non reputed online platform i am wondering they will accept my return or not !
