I am Mohammed Bilal
I Pre-ordered the Galaxy Buds Pro when they were launched and I loved them and had a great experience with it until about 3 weeks ago. Around 3 weeks back I started to notice Ear Drainage (Watery Secretion from the Ear) and being a General Medicine Student myself; I immediately knew that something isn't right and the secretions from my Ear wasn't just Ear Wax and something a bit more serious. And after a checkup by an ENT Doctor; I got to know that I had encountered an Ear Infection and it was at its early stages and the reason was use of Ear Buds. And I was given Antibiotics Ear drops (which I had to put in ear 3 times daily) and Oral Antibiotics (which I had to take after breakfast and dinner).
I used to use my Samsung buds for 2-3 hours for about 5 times a week for my online classes. And when I searched online if there were any similar cases to mine surprisingly I found quite a lot of cases of people suffering with Ear Infection due to Galaxy Buds Pro.
So, I wanted to request a refund for the ear buds I have. I have two pairs with me (One of Purple Color and one of Black Color) and I pre-ordered both of them. I would like to return them both as I don't think its anyway near safe for me to continue using them; as prolonged and recurrent Ear Infections can even lead to deafness.
I could send all of my prescription lists, Reports along with my CT scans (which I had to take to confirm if the ear infection is has not spread out).
And i can even send the Invoice of my Galaxy Buds Pro and all. Furthermore I would like to add that I bought both of the Galaxy Buds Pro from Samsung's official website.
