Being a loyal samsung fan boy and using various samsung devices like samsung galaxy s 24, s 20fe, galaxy tab, galaxy watch 4 and galaxy earphones. I have to admit purchasing galaxy buds fe was the worst decision of my life...paying a price of 6k....really disappointed with earbuds performance....after a lot of issues got my earbuds replaced still facing the same issue 😢 @samsung.in

Bro there is something called customer loyalty in the market....there are numerous products from various companies....but we as a customer do have our preference of the company since I have build an ecosystem with various product of the same company...so I guess sticking to one particular brand does depict loyalty towards a company
