Hi Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to report an issue I have encountered with my Watch 5 after the recent March Security update.

Since updating my device today, I have noticed the appearance of a dead pixel at the bottom of the screen.

This issue was not present before the update, and it is concerning as it affects the functionality and display quality of my device.

I have attempted basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting or reset the watch 5, but the dead pixel persists.

As a loyal customer, I rely on the performance and reliability of your products, and I am disappointed to encounter this issue after a routine update.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I would appreciate any guidance or support you can provide to address the dead pixel issue and restore the functionality of my Watch 5.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance in resolving this issue.

Samsung service center charging me Rs 6300 for display replacement but it's update issue

Sincerely,
Rahul Dhalla

If we see carefully you will notice two issues.

One is dead pixel issue
One is green line on top of dead pixel

This is manufacturing defect which further notice after updating the watch to latest version

This issue is similar to samsung mobile devices having green line issues after updates.

There is no scratch, dent and any damage to the watch screen.
It was used only for 1 month .
