Galaxy Buds Connectivity Issues
Why It Happens
>Staying Connected in the Case: If the pins inside the case don't make a solid connection with the contacts on the earbuds, the buds assume they are still sitting on a desk or in your ear and remain actively connected to your phone's Bluetooth.
>Dirt, oils, or earwax coat the metal charging contacts inside the case stem or on the earbuds.
>In-Pocket Disconnections (Audio Stutter): Bluetooth signals have trouble passing through human tissue and thick clothing. When your phone is tucked in a deep pocket, the body acts as a barrier, weakening the signal
Fixes for the buds:
Clean the Charging Contacts: Use a dry cotton swab slightly dampened to gently clean the gold charging pins inside the case and on the bottom of the earbud stems.
Check Eartip Seating: Ensure the silicone tips are firmly clicked into place. If you're using larger or third-party tips, make sure they aren't physically propping the buds up from touching the case contacts.
Reset & Re-pair:
Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth on your phone, tap the gear icon next to your Galaxy Buds, and tap Unpair.
Place both buds in the case, hold both touch sensors down for about 7–10 seconds until the inner LED flashes green/red to factory reset them, then re-pair.

WearablesGalaxy Watch Ultra Disconnecting & Resetting
Why It Happens:
When you step out for a run and leave your phone behind, the watch transitions from Bluetooth to standalone mode (or LTE/GPS). A synchronization error between Google Play Services, the Galaxy Wearable app Manager plugin, or specific background sync permissions can cause the Wear OS system process to crash and trigger a soft boot loop or force-reset prompt.
Fixes for the Watch Ultra
>On your phone, go to Settings > Apps > Galaxy Wearable.> Tap Storage > Clear Cache.
>Open the Galaxy Wearable app and Google Play Store on the watch to ensure all companion plugins and system apps are updated.
>On your phone, open Galaxy Wearable > Watch Settings > Notifications and ensure location-sharing background apps (like safety or fitness sync apps) aren't hanging when Bluetooth drops.
>On the watch, turn off Disconnect alerts (under Watch Settings > Connections) if the vibration/alert triggers the glitch during runs.
>Toggle Airplane Mode Before Running: If you leave your phone behind, manually turn off Bluetooth on the watch or enable Standalone mode before starting your run to force a clean handover rather than letting the signal drop abruptly mid-stride.
