Connectivity issue in Buds 3 Pro

I recently purchased the Buds 3 Pro, but I'm experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with my laptop/system. The earbuds sometimes work fine, but often lose connection or have microphone problems. Additionally, the Ambient mode switch is not functioning properly. Given the high price, I'm disappointed in the numerous bugs and there is no dual pairing. Even a 1000 bucks product has dual pairing functionality. When I reported these issues, the support team asked for logs, but I'm unsure how to create them on my office system. It seems like they're not willing to listen to my problem without the logs.

Try resetting it. Usually a reset fixes most of the problem. If the problems still persist, get a replacement from Samsung.

Tried that, it partially fixed the problem.

Get it replaced then, a new product shouldn't work this way. You can raise the issue on the members app only and visit the service centre, a paper trail is always a good idea while claiming warranty.

Samsung Members Application(Wearable app>Three dots>Settings>Contact Us> Send feedback>Choose Composer> Select error report > select the appriopriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
