Buds not working

My left galaxy bed is not working: it lakes very very little sound and it makes wierd sounds. The right one works perfectly. I charged it, i reset the buds i cleaned them nothing works. Should i return them?

Also, i used then like 20 minutes before the issue and they were working find. Its only when i started using them again that it started.
