On 13th March 2024, i have updated the software of ear buds Pro 2. After updation, there is a serious connectivity issue. It gets auto disconnectfor every 30 seconds. Kindly suggest and solve.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

1-Kindly open the Galaxy Wearable App.
2-Tap on General.
3- Reset.

Kindly try to connect after reset once, if the issue still occurs, please visit the service center for a physical inspection of your device. You can locate your nearest service center with this given link: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/service-center/
