Buds 2 Pro Charging Issue

I have been using Galaxy buds 2 Pro over 1 year but almost from the beginning like after 2/3 months from buying, I have been facing a problem which is one of my buds is not getting proper charged. Even if i charge my buds 100% then i use it i don’t get 100% charge. Sometimes both of my buds are not equally charged. I had reset it few time but did not fix the issue. 
How many people have you faced it?
If anyone faced it and fixed the issue own your own please share.
I did not expected it from a tech giant company like Samsung. Price is high but not getting good quality of products. Shame on Samsung.

Exact same issue is what I am facing, both the ear buds don't charge equally and the left one will turn green but after minutes the charging drops to 80 or below and the right one never turns green and the charging Drops rapidly for the right one when I see the percentage of right bud it is always very low even after charging it for hours, didn't expect this from Samsung

Exactly. Taking so much money but not giving good products. We should raise our voice against Samsung's 💩 policy.
Did you try to fix it somehow? Found anu way?

I tried restarting the buds thinking it could be a software bug but it didn't fix the issue, been trying to fix it but failed to find any ways, it's super disappointing and irritating, It is a hardware issue, battery is faulty, my buds is not even a year old and I got it from Dubai, Samsung genuinely lost my trust and confidence here, initially for like 2-3 months it worked well. I am in India and yet to visit a Samsung service centre, how much are they charging and what diagnosis did they come up to? Lmk.

My buds were bought from Malaysia & I'm in Bangladesh. I went to the Samsung service centre, they said as i live in Bangladesh so international warranty will not be applicable here. So it will be charged 5500 bdt to fix the buds. How pathetic their products, service & policies are. Very much disappointed.

I went to the Samsung Service centre. They wanted money to fix the issue while i still had international warranty as my buds were bought from Malaysia. But they refused the international warranty in Bangladesh. Said international warranty is not applicable in Bangladesh. So creepy policy by Samsung. Samsung is a 💩. 🖕Samsung. Samsung will be destroyed.
