Just wanted to know i recently got galaxy watch 4 LTE not sure about the battery backup performance as this is the first time I am using the smart watch but seems like battery issue is there with my new watch and need your help for this .

Pleae suggest what needs to be done

If its new then it'll take a week to learn your usage patterns, I'm using Watch4 classic and get around
1.5 days of backup

Yash i hope that the real fix for it as if it's more than week than I might not get an option to return or exchange on Samsung app

Yes i think 14 days was the return policy. But mainly if u turn on every feature the watch will give you 1day of backup without sleep tracking.

I think there is a battery difference in classic and normal watch 4 not sure need to check it out

And if 14 days is the return policy I need to get this fixed before that in case issue still persist I might have ti get it replaced and one more question how are you charging it with how much watt adaptor

I was associated with samsung from last 10 years. I never expected that samsung is such a fraud company and their behaviour is like a roadside vendor.

 i Purchased Samsung watch 4 LTE. Purchasing LTE mode was the main intention that i can use this watch without my phone for calling. Within 10 days watch started getting hang and showing heat issues on LTE mode. I gave this watch to authorised service center they said that there is a battery issue they changed the battery and given back to me. But problem not solved. I gave it again to service centre they said that they will change the mother bord and then problem will solve. After sometime they said that mother board have been changed now there will be no heating and hanging issues. But problem was not solved. After that samsung team is saying that heating and hanging is a safety features of watch. How foolish is this that.

 they came to know this after changing battery and mother board. Just look at their statment how hanging and heating can be a feature of any watch and mobile. I'm asking them give this in writing but they are not responding. it's more then 2 months I'm repetitively sending e-mail to all the concerned authorities but no-one is not even care to reply my email. till date i have not received any call from service centre i have no idea where is my product. When I'm calling to service centre they are not picking my phone. service centre staff have personally used it because there was all the personal data was available in the watch. I complaint regarding this but no action have taken. 

I request everyone please don't recommend samsung product to anyone they are fraud.
