My galaxy buds eventually stopped working i.e no bluetooth detection or connection was established with my s24 ultra. I went to the service centre at ajmer and they told me that it has been dead and can't be repaired . Then I ordered another pair of buds from other brand and after the delivery of the new buds the old samsung buds turned on and connected to my phone. Now the new pair of buds which i ordered from flipkart couldn't be returned and my money has been wasted due to the wrong done to me by the authorised service centre. What does samsung have to say and how will they compensate me.
