Airtel esim not recivice sms on watch 7 Ultra

I am writing to report an issue with my Ultra 7 watch. I am unable to receive text messages while away from my phone, despite having an active Airtel eSIM and functional phone calls. This problem appears to be specific to the Airtel eSIM, as the Jio eSIM works without any issues for both incoming and outgoing calls/SMS, even when my phone is powered off. I have visited an Airtel store and contacted customer care, but they have been unable to resolve the problem. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.

Go to Galaxy Wearable > three dots > Galaxy Wearable Settings > About Galaxy Wearable

It would seem like there is nothing to do on this screen.

But , perform multiple quick taps on the text "Galaxy Wearable"

It will take you to Wearable Hidden Menu. (See Screenshot)

Then, choose 'Module Test"
Then, ESim Test > Notification test

On the drop down choose > Set up Network

At this point you can set up the ESim with watch for Notification.

These are kind of developers settings.
Don't mess up anything.
If you are not sure, get it done from some good technician at service centre.

But these service center guys are not even technical.

So, I could only hope you get a better technician there.

Reception of the watch may be not powerful..

Try to contact the nearest skilled person, that will help you to solve these kinds of problems.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

If you want to take a break from your jog and send a Quick message to a friend, you can do that easily on your watch using the Messages app. Make sure your watch is connected to your phone or to a mobile network.
Note: This function is only available when connected to a Galaxy phone. It is not available on non-Samsung phones or iOS devices.

Step 1: Navigate to and tap Messages. To compose a new message, select either the message icon or the contact icon.
Note: The message icon may not appear if you've never sent a message on the watch before.

Step 2: Enter or choose your recipient. If you want to send a reply to an existing conversation, select the message from the log instead.
Step 3: There are many methods to choose from when it comes to creating or replying to a text.

When replying to a group message, replies will be sent back to the entire group. To reply to an individual recipient, tap More options (the three vertical dots) located to the right of the screen, and then tap Recipients. Select the desired recipient, and then tap the Messages icon.

The following features can be used for placing calls in Galaxy Watch:
* You can make Calls from both phone & watch (Phone no. will be the same).
* When you receive a Call on your number, it will ring on both and you can use your phone/watch to answer the call.
* If the watch is disconnected from the phone (Not connected through BT) then also you can make/receive Calls/SMS.
