As many people says oxygen OS feels faster than oneui 

Reason1 oxygen os loses many features 

Example finders settings

 when we open app screen in both ui then

 oxygen only runs code for show app logos 

where oneui runs code for show app logos plus code for folder(oxygen has no option for make folder in app screen) plus finder settings that's why oneui has more code for run

Solution you can give option for turn on finder settings and disable by default if someone need it then he can turn it on

In settings app if we search any thing I oxygen it shows faster results than oneui

Reason oxygen only search settings where oneui search apps also

Solution disable by default option for also search app jn settings but give another option for turn this feature on or off then if someone need to search app he can turn it on

Reason in oxygen you don't have option for see battery usage that which app use how much battry but oneui have

Solution after one update by default close option for battery usage but also give onther option if someone on battery usage than hecan track his battry usage 

Same with data usage ,ram usage 

 don't remove any feature because oneui is known for that feature 

Just disable it by default if someone want to use it get can turn it on

And for new phone at first boot ask him for turn this features on or off at his choice

Remember don't remove any feature just give option for turn it on or off

Again don't remove any of this feture or other feature but give option for on off

One thing you forgot to mention is that Oxygen OS 11 is inspired by One Ui

yes I also like one eui
but I was saying that if they give option enable disable some feature than oneui will be better than oxygen in both speed and features

One thing you miss out is that ONEUI (except Core version) Supports Goodlock for more Customization than OxygenOS Setting

But problem in oneUI Home is that we can not put search bar in the bottom. The search bar is fixed on the top which forces us to strech out. At least they should auto open the keyboard on application screen.

Spot on, vishunkb. You hit the nail on the head back in 2021, and unfortunately, Samsung is still doing the exact opposite. Instead of giving us the 'option' to toggle features on/off (like OEM unlocking or various system services), they are just 'killing' features in the name of security/optimization.
We don't want a dumbed-down OS; we want 'Control'. If we are advanced enough to own a premium device, we are advanced enough to handle the settings. Whether it's battery usage, app searching, or bootloader access—don't remove, just let us choose. It's time Samsung stops deciding for us and starts listening.
