Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to other users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Its free for S22 series phones. Officially announced by Samsung. I got this info from service center person

I've visited villipuram Samsung Authorised service centre just after 4days
That is April 29th this happened and I went in May 3rd as per their direction.
Took bill with me.
Still they asked me to pay 24k₹
"If I had brought this mobile in April it would've been free of cost." "Just in 3days it's chargeable now."

No, no. You dont listen to them. Just ask them to create a job sheet and you can call customer support and ask them to escalate the matter.
You'll get the replacement of your screen for free, provided your phone has no physical damage.

And yours is S22 Ultra and Samsung is providing free screen replacements for S21 and S22 series. This does not have anything to do with in warranty or out of warranty.
