We would like to inform you that as per the Samsung update policy, there are one latest and two major software updates provided for Galaxy devices and Monthly security patch updates regularly for 5 years. Your device is not eligible for the Android OS update and the security patch updates.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
My phone A71 is not reading the Sim after the update and there is no mobile network after I updated the software. Tried the Sim in other phones and it worked there so Sim is not a problem. Can you pls help? Tried all opyion and factory reset too buy no luck
