there is no official press release for that. but, according to leaks and renders note 8+ S8 will get Oreo update between 3-12 February.

when samsung galaxy S9 will be available in market then we got Oreo update for S8/S8+/Note8

Samsung is following. but they forget to give timely android update and android is not by Samsung it's by Google. their premium phone's running old os.. pathetic. day by day they will loose customers.
