memory card unsupported bug

i own j7prime, after recent update i found that my Memory card unsupported. device suggested me to format, i tried but it says command '12 volume partition disk:179,32 public' failed with '400 12 command failed'. I tried the memory card on different it works fine. but not in my j7prime

put the memory card in pc or phone & format . Now try in your phone
