How to turn on privacy protection.

Thers no option to turn on privacy protection over mobile network. There is only secure wi-fi.

My problem is that I couldn't see privacy protection option.
It's showing "secure wi-fi" instead of "privacy protection".

IF ANY PENDING UPDATE IT
ELSE
UNINSTALL ALL UPDATES
AND AGAIN UPDATE APP TO LATEST VERSION
