Huge disappointment after spending close to Rs.70,000 for Samsung popular flagship phone.

I have Samsung galaxy S9 plus which is 4 months old delicately handled and used. But recently i discovered a noice coming out of my phone when i shake it. It sounds like some part inside phone is loose.
And this situation has occurred without any physical damage or any accidental drops.

Is this phone not robust enough to withstand daily use?
If i go to service centre, the executive will say we have to open it and check.

My question is, which customer will accept tearing down new and costly phone into 2 pieces to know defect inside the phone?
What is the use of paying heavy amount, when the brand cannot promise to give best quality product?

Once the product is opened it cannot be packed the same way it was manufactured at first.

ask $hitty Samsung to replace it.... if they deny go to consumer forum

Don't worry its the OIS in camera which creates a rattling sound when the device is shaken. If you want to check then open camera app and then shake your phone and you will notice that the sound is gone coz the camera is stabilizing itself with OIS.

Yes u might be correct. I just now checked with camera turned On. While using front cam i wil get the sound and when switched to back cam sound is reduced. But still there is is small amount of noice with back cam ON.

The little noice is due to front camera.When you open the front camera the noice comes from back camera and vice versa.It has OIS in all cameras.

Thanks a lot for sharing this information Vicky. But is this common for all S9 mobiles or whichever mobile has optical images stabilisation? All those handsets make rattling sound?

Yea its common in all phones which have ois.I have an S7 I also has this thing in my phone.nothing to worry about it.and look at the screen shot.

I have s7 edge and same sound I can also hear and it's not a problem don't panic dear it's from our camera no issue
