C9 PRO Front Camera Problem

Whenever the front camera is used, the picture taken is blurred except for the person taking the picture. I have shown the Device to the showroom and to a Samsung service centre also but to no success couldn't figure out the problem. Please rectify this problem as soon as possible. Such problems aren't expected from Phones which fall in this price bracket.

1) Check the Picture size (Camera Capacity) in camera setting (It should be Max according to Camera Capacity)



2) Turn on the Auto Flash (If Available in the Device)




3) Reset the Camera (From the Camera Setting)




4) Software update via FOTA,Kies or SMART Tool".

people you're nuts ?? C9 pro might not give great 16 mp selfies but blurred bg is all that people want these days
