Recently during our flight from Lima to New Delhi, we were shocked to see our suitcases tags showing last location at Amsterdam Schiphol airport and this was confirmed by KLM airport Manager at New Delhi that our baggage couldn't be loaded..due to the tags we were assured that it is not lost and the tracking helped us to retrieve our baggage after 24 hrs
