Secure folder is so buggy. It crashes very frequently. I own s24 plus and secure folder crashes atleast twice a day. I have been reporting this for almost a month yet no fix has been provided. Pathetic service by Samsung. If s24 plus is facing this, God knows what happens with rest of the devices. Btw this is exynos processor.
Secure folder crashes atleast twice a day. I have sent error report so many times but I think the agents must not have escalated the issue. I have sent atleast 10 reports. Secure folder in s24 plus (exynos) crashes so frequently. After giving the biometrics/pattern the app just closes before it opens. This occurs continuously for 5 to 10 mins. This occurs almost twice a day. Samsung error team is not escalating the matter else Samsung doesnt care about its premium customers. If S24 plus user faces this, God bless rest of the other users. Thats why people tend to switch to iphone. I regret buying s24 plus. Either fix it or issue refund/change the device.
