WhatsApp support is very poor response note the points:

1 wait time is too high

2. Always timeouts 

3. No proper solution to query

4. Giving typical pre determined ready made answers to any query like bot.

5. No additional info other than FAQ

for which please login to play store > select more option> select installed app> click on read more.
