very SLOW. using M30 6GB RAM.

Ever since the latest update, the phone is behaving weirdly. 

- Very slow. 

-Phone gets hung up. 

-Not user friendly at all. 

Please resolve this issue at the earliest. Cannot take this anymore. Expected a lot from this phone since it has the best features. Doesn't live up to expectations. I have restarted my phone N number of times thinking it will be fixed. But definitely does not seem like.

try to do a factory reset. it will solved your problem. as whenever a big update arrive always do a factory reset.

u can do hard reset after taking backup. this will help.

factory reset is a such a big thing to do. don't you think?
