I am having Samsung M30 mobile and from since last 8 days I m facing some problems while using the phone they are as follows:
1) when I dial a number or recieve call from another person I m nt able to hear any voice of the opposite person just in starting some voice comes of opposite person say for 1-2 seconds and then the call is still on but I m not able to hear anything from opposite side.
2) even in gallery I m nt able to watch videos in that also I m getting error like this that videos are not able to play during calls.
3) same with alarm also it doesn't ring on the ring mode automatically it goes on a silent mode.
