You'll be surprising to know Samsung S20 Ultra came up with 45W charging support but the latest flagship of Samsung that is S21 Ultra holds 25W charging support. I want to make you know that charging capacity depends of the device chipset but Samsung only improving its CPU, GPU and network connectivity in its exynos chipsets
