I have HP 510 p053in desktop.

I bought samsung 860evo 1tb 2.5" sata hard disk.

I want to upgarde my pc hdd to ssd.

When i connect my ssd by sata and power cable it stuck with hp  logo and when i press ESC key to enter bios it still also stuck. 

I cant open bios also.

With usb to sata cabel my pc detect the ssd like a external hard drive.

In my syster laptop ssd work fine.

What is the problem? I think my pc is not compatible with ssd.

But when i put another company ssd (HICKVISION C100 120 gb 2.5" sata ssd), the ssd work fine 

Can u help me by telling me what is the problem

this need physical inspection bro, you need to visit service centre or any near by shop to check with technicians

My far guess is.. SSD not formatted correctly.. Did you clone your os in ssd from current hdd? Check the format of which ssd is.. To use as single internal sdd it must be formatted in ntfs... Strange you can't enter bios🤔🤔

OK you connected using caddy but did you boot using it, as primary drive if not even in caddy it is same external secondary drive. Also you said you can use it as external drive in pc.
So, just check the format of ssd while in laptop using caddy.
