To whoever is in charge of yearly S series upgrades send these specs to catch up and please don't stop innovating like Apple.
Other android brands are providing tempting feature for me to switch please provide these or Unfortunately I'll have to switch.
Make next Ultra series smartphones like this:-
- Under display camera & 3.5mm jack for better binge watch, gaming & audio output
- 6000 mah battery (don't care increase in thickness until it is less than 8.7mm)
- Faster charging upto 65w OR make user replaceable batteries with metal back opened by removing screws and the phone having glass/plastic section at middle for wireless charging
- 16gb of ram
- Hybrid slots for memory cards (don't care if I have to use Samsung made sd cards only) with Sim1+ E-Sim + sd card config. OR feature to directly record on external ssd like in iphone 15 pros
Chinese brands are providing great specs at very competitive prices, but I'll give it a year or so until I upgrade/switch.
This phone is specifically made for gaming as this has specs similar to a laptop. Similarly, Samsung galaxy S24 ultra have specs like a pc too, only few more gigs of RAM will increase if to 16GB and make its gaming performance better with UDC like Z series and aux for high end pc headphones.
S series currently run Dex but can do a little more if given proper consideration because every year there are usual performance leaps in Snapdragon chipsets used in S-ultras, onr camera sensor gets better sensor or increase in Mp with claimed better battery life and jow for past 2 years AI is also added to incremental upgrades.
Finally, make Samsung trend setter again like it used to be in old glory days like first to use Amoled screens, making projector phones, S4 zoom, SPen, reverse wireless charging, galaxy beam, heartrate sensors on phones,.....etc.
