sound problem in samsung Galaxy A20s

Sound is not working and mic also not working 

Automatically the sound limit enabled I don't know how to disable please help me.

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

1. Disconnect all accessories and remove any third-party case form your phone.

2. Check device volume settings if its full or not.

3. Check mute all sound option
Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Disable Mute all sounds (if enabled).
