I have shifted my Samsung Smart TV UA55KS9500 (2017 model) which i was using in Kuwait to India and changed the region to India in order to use the compatible apps in India. I succeeded in that. However, ZEE5 APP require Samsung extension Tizen 2.4 for watching most of the programs. Will the change in region support software update in India thereby upgrading to Tizen 2.4? whenever i try to update the software it says no new updates available. kindly advise to fix the below two issues.
