seeing dark lines on my screen

Hi folks, 

I am seeing dark lines on my Samsung galaxy note 9 when I am increasing the brightness of the my phone.

Should I go for display change or there could some other issue also??

Please suggest me.

hi I visited today service center since my phone under warranty.
they are telling they have to change battery along with display.
is same response anyone got ??? are they simply fooling me??
