App lock feature is indirectly available by using the apps in secure folder 📂. Your device will have both Samsung and Google voice typing by default. If you want to transcribe, in the accessibility section of settings has Transcribe. If you tap on it, it shows the Transcribe and sound notification by Google. You can install it.
