Hey guys , I came to know that there many other people having the same problem as I do . I wish samsung developers  hear us soon as possible . Many of us have informed the customer  team for the issue. @samsung I wish to narrate the issue as follows : the screen hangs showing the UI  is not responding .2) second issue the phone calling is slowed down as the screen appears late . There is lot lag is payment making apps. The one ui lags when switch from a game to normal usage pattern of user or probably the homepage.  Yes I have faced the same issue. I have done a reset because nothing was appropriately  working on phone . This didn't  help much but I awaits a response  for samsung team that an update will be soon rolled out for Samsung m30 user to smoothing the ui for average  customer  . Samsung please don't  disappoint  us . We believe  in you and an user  community  motivates  other to buy samsung products  .

Dear Samsung,

If your spending so lavishly for advertising for your Brand, Please give ears to your customers problems too.

This Galaxy M30 S , is a bought November 2018, now it is hanging up like anything and getting heated up. I am in Chennai ,where to go for service during this COVID-19 pandemic,when all the shops are closed ?

 

The screen froze during a zoom meet and remains the same.

hi Samsung team,

 

I brought Galaxy M30s, after the software update to Android 10 the phone is getting hung and continues re-start.  Tried to reach out customer care may times, but whatever they suggest is waste of time.

Every time they are asking to do factory re-set. Even after doing it, facing same issue.

Even many users facing this issue, but still now we could not see any solution from Samsung Team.

 

When can we get solution for this issue or provide solution to rollback to older version of OS?

When can we expect the patch update ?

What action / progress taken from Samsung team ?

What should we do now ?

This correct I was not purchasing Samsung mobile for a long time and when return back met with same issue. The app to validate the performance of mobile never able to catch this issue.
