Samsang s7 mobile smart view option not working ..means not searching and connect in screen mirroring

Dear Samsung Member,

 

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

 

To connect your device via smart things, Please follow the steps listed below:
1) From mobile device, tap on Smart Things app.
2) Tap on Add device.
3) It will take some time to search the device.
4) Tap on the device with which you want to connect the mobile.
5) Tap on TURN ON.
6) It will take some time.
7)The devices has been connected to the mobile. To do the screen mirroring, slide down the notification panel
😎 Tap on the device.
9) The number of options will be opened. Tap on Mirror screen (Smart View).
10) It will wait for the acceptance of the device with which the screen mirroring is performing.
11) Select Allow option from the TV to allow the screen mirroring.
13) It will take some time in connecting.
