Yes, exactly.
phone is sluggish and using 1 gb more ram than before the update, even after closing all apps and manually clearing ram.

Can't do anything to fix and i don't know about any way to rollback update

download the previous ETLJ update from sammobile and flash it using odin.
use CSC instead of HOME CSC to do a clean install, after at the setup screen, go again into the recovery and do a factory reset.

P.S. using CSC will wipe your phone clean so backup all your data before flashing

not without root .... but you can flash the software again from service center which is recommended process to install any big os
