Do not plug into a extension use a wall point and remove any protection case while charging and avoid using the smartphone while charging . If the problem presists change the adaptor.
Make sure that you are using the Samsung Fast Charger which was provided in the box. USB Cable also affects the charging speed so I will recommend you to use the USB Type C cable of Samsung.
Please perform the following step to resolve slow charging issue:
1- Charge the device with the original charger.
2- Follow standard battery charging procedure (charge a fully discharged the battery in Switch-off mode up to 150 mins).
3- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Members> Get Help> Interactive checks->charger/USB).
