restart & fast charging problemS9 plus

Dear samsung team 

I am facing multiple problems in my S9 plus handset 

While using my handset sometimes it restart of its on 

I am not getting fast charging from last 2 months 

While connecting charger sometimes It stops charging and moisture alarm starts & when I connect it again it starts charging 

Please resolve my problems urgently

Do reset and backup it'd solve I guess
