problem in notification panel

I am using Samsung a 50 for 6 months recently I have updated the software. After that the notification panel is not working in my phone kindly help me

usually when we swipe down on the top of the screen status bar will come right.
so the status bar is not working on my phone

I was done the settings like reset settings and
factory data n reset after that I tried but same thing is going on
