I've an Samsung m31s smartphone and I noticed issues in otg connectivity. If I connect an otg cable with pen drive for data transfer . I can't able to view pr access the pen drive storage. If anyone has any solution then please help.🙏🙏🙏

it is compatibility issue
now a days otg coming with model specific
buy which compatible to your device, it should mentioned ur device name/ model or atleast mentioned as "supported all type c devices "

local shops the thing is that when I connect the cabeled otg , I can't able to switch the host from connected device to this phone.

see, you have to search for your device, go to other shops, try some more, try to buy some good brand

1. Try different OTG with your device.


2. Reset the device:- How to reset: Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset settings: Reset all settings to their default.
NOTE:- Before resetting, kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
