OTG connection problem of m31 and m21

Mostly people asked the same question about  OTG not connected with my m31and m21..so there is a simple way is upgrade the OTG cable version 2.0 to 3.0.. the female portion of the OTG is blue colour in 3.0,this will work with m21 and m31...

i purchased usb v 3.0 otg.but still i am facing this problem,evan keyboard isn't connecting. any other solution please
