notification sound

I am using Galaxy m30, whenever I receive a SMS I don't hear any sound and there is a symble of mute at the time of stamp of SMS ,I have checked all the setting,please guide me,thanks in advance

Go to settings>applications>select message>and enable all notifications

Also, check notification sounds..
